join our friendly group and get stronger, leaner, fitter in a fun, sociable environment! All sessions are full body and designed to improve overall strength and cardiovascular fitness using a mixture of free weights (dumbbells and plates) and body weight exercises, to create an enjoyable but highly effective workout.
All classes are open and accessible to all participants, no previous experience required. They are planned by me and designed to act as larger scale, affordable personal training sessions that will challenge and progress you whatever your level. Members can access videos so they can be done at anytime, and last around 45 mins total. Classes are around 30-45 mins in total so they can be mixed and matched according to ability so they can easily be incorporated into a busy lifestyle !

Jo has literally changed my life! I was very sceptical about going to a PT but I can’t recommend her enough. When I first started, I was about 3 stone heavier, suffered from asthma and also had low blood pressure which meant I passed out with anything too strenuous!!
Jo got me over all that so quickly and her energy is just so warm and infectious that the sessions are enjoyable and not at all intimidating like I expected. I have never been bored with Jo, she always comes up with new ways to keep me interested and make things harder (but not so that you dread it!). Now I just cannot imagine her not being a part of my week, she’s kept me on track for about 2 years with both food and exercise and I feel so much happier in myself and my body! Her classes are amazing too – I have never found anyone else like her!

Jo has been my trainer for over 3 years, my goal wasn’t to drop 2 dress sizes as I liked the clothes I had but wanted to look better in them and wear them more confidently.
I lost 1 1/2 stone in the first year and have maintained that without dieting. I thought I ate healthy until I showed her my food diary and she pointed out where I could improve, only small changes which were not hard really did help.
I get a lot of complements from my friends which has helped my confidence especially as I turned 60 last year. I love the classes but in lockdown I have been able to do more via zoom as I’m not rushing from work or home to get to the gym on time. If you are in a position to have a PT then Jo is the best there is.
